Returns and Refunds

At Giftoaunique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased during special promotions or sales, unless otherwise stated

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@giftoaunique.cv or through our contact form to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
